During a search of two years through the entire Waterberg region for the ultimate property, Rietspruit was bought in 2006. We are fanatic nature lovers and treat every tree, shrub, insect and animal with the utmost respect. (They were here first and we are the intruders.)
It is with this view point that the retirement development is undertaken. We need to enjoy the rest of out short life span in affordable safety and good neighbour ship.
The development started off with 81 x 1, 2 and 3 bedroom house units and will be followed up with 28 x 1 bedroom apartment units. A frail care unit will be available once the development has reached 80% completion.
